Boom Collaboration, is an organization dedicated to operating in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way to minimize the impact on the planet. As part of an on-going pursuit towards becoming a net zero manufacturer, sustainability remains at the forefront of our mission to operate to the highest standards throughout our global supply chain. Since our inception in 2020 our mantra has been to bring people together with effective collaboration tools that help bridge the distance gap and enable individuals and organizations to have meaningful remote meetings, without having to jump on a plane or drive miles in a car. Boom is committed to further reducing our environmental impact through a variety of means including: a fully remote staff, remote meetings in place of in-person meetings whenever possible, packaging reduction (replacing plastic with paper), transport optimization and employee training. In addition we are planning to support a range of eco-friendly projects around the world, such as cleaning up the seas.With a focus on quality design and simplicity, we strive to provide products and services which consistently meet and exceed expectations. This can be demonstrated by a robust Quality Management System which provides a framework for continuously measuring and improving quality performance throughout all areas of the product lifecycle. This currently encompasses:

• - A strict corrective and preventative action procedure
• - Selection and performance monitoring of the entire supply chain
• - A requirement to leverage manufacturing partners and processes that are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified
• - Continuous training and development of employees
• - Regular quality audits of our internal processes
• - Measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
• - Management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints

Boom will continuously measure our impact on the environment, reassess strategies and implement new policies as required. Additionally, we will comply with all relevant environmental legislation and actively encourage the adoption of similar principles by all our suppliers.">
